Q: How does the Availability status work on a Product?

(Available)- This item is available for purchase.

Explanation: This means the Item is available for purchase but might not be on hand at Trackwerks. It may take 2-7 business days to ship. Please contact to get an accurate shipping time.

(Unique)- This item is a special order.

Explanation: This means the Item is available for purchase but might take 4-12 weeks for delivery. We recommend contacting us first before purchasing. Some Additional Freight charges may apply.

(Limited Supply)- Act fast, This item ships next day!

Explanation: You will see how many are left. Act fast as you might miss out on a good deal.

(Out of Stock)- This item is currently out of stock.

Explanation: This means we are out of the product and are working on ordering more. We recommend contacting us to get an accurate ETA. Sometimes we may list the estimated return date on the product. However its always best to talk to someone.

(Please Call)- Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing this product.

Explanation: This means the item may be available for purchase but requires us to quote it based on the dollar exchange or special freight charges.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

We accept; interact(In store only) Visa, Master Card, PayPal, EMT*(Email Money Transfer), Wire Transfer. Depending on your location some payment types may not be eligible (*EMT is only accepted from Canadian Customers)

Q: What Currency is the Website in?

All orders that are placed on our website will be billed in US Dollars. We've Done this so that if you are a Canadian Customer you are billed the currency rate that day.

Q: When will you ship my order once I have paid for it?

The turn around for most orders is between 2-7 Business days. If for some reason it’s longer you will be notified by phone or email.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive once its is shipped?

The speed in which you receive your order will be based on what shipping method you have chosen.

Q: How do I obtain a tracking # for my order?

A tracking Number will be emailed to you. If not please don’t hesitate to contact us at 613-421-1753 or orders@trackerks.com. Please have all your information ready.

Q: Can I purchase off the site and pick-up my order?

Yes! In store Customers are always welcome. Store Hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-9pm, and Saturday 12pm-5pm.

Q: What kind of warranty do I have with products you sell?

There will be no warranty of any means if the defect was caused by customer abuse, Negligence, mishandling or modifications of any kind. All Products sold by Trackwerks is only subject to a manufacturers warranty. The item(s) in question for warranty may need to be sent to the manufacturer for approval warranty. No labor or inconvenience fee may be included nor other fees not previously agreed upon in writing with any warranty Claim(s). There is no warranty on lighting such as: Headlights, Taillights, light bulbs, LED’s, electronics, electrical Parts, Stickers/Decals/Vinyl, and Engine Parts, except where Manufacturer warranty is available. All Warranty Claims are at the discretion of Trackwerks.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of the size and application of all parts prior to purchase and installation.

All Products sold by Trackwerks, unless otherwise stated in the item description are sold AS-IS. All Engine modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. These components are legal in Canada for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Check your State/Province and local laws regarding the use on any parts.By Purchasing from Trackwerks the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
